Planners receive a number of benefits through the Yukon Convention Bureau.  As a result meeting planners are less hesitant to invite their groups to the Yukon. It’s always nice to know that the Yukon Convention Bureau there to help!

The Yukon Convention Bureau can:

• Organize and conduct site inspections
  
• Assist you in locating suppliers by providing a list of Yukon experts!
  
• Facilitate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
  
• Assist with air access issues
  
• Suggest timing, themes, locations, off-site events, and pre-/post- convention tours
  
• Prepare delegate welcome kits on behalf of the City of Whitehorse
  (or suggest environmentally friendly alternatives)
