Who are we?
A membership-based organization that strives to be an industry
leader in meeting and convention marketing. Our members believe
it is vital to develop a sustainable meeting and convention
industry for our community, to enhance the quality of life
of all Yukoners.
What do we do?
By implementing an aggressive, long-term marketing plan,
we promote our members' products and provide our membership
with meeting and convention sales leads.
Our marketing activities include:
• Developing marketing partnerships
• Attending trade shows
• Conducting direct sales calls
• Organizing familiarization tours, and site inspections
• Holding trade memberships and conducting promotional activities
• Advertising in a variety of mediums
• Preparing lure brochures and other publications Developing and maintaining
a website
• Conducting research and other related programs
• Educating our members
How can we help you?
We work hard to provide critical information to potential
meeting planners, and to promote all Yukon communities
as potential meeting locations.
We offer assistance to planners who are trying
to choose a location for their next meeting or convention.
